Village Mafia Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Village Mafia purchase. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures.

Pre-Order Refunds - 100% Money-Back Guarantee
Before Production Begins: 
  • 100% full refund for any reason

  • No questions asked

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

  • Simply email paul@psb-design.com with your order number

How to Request:
  • Email Paul@PSB-Design.com with subject "Pre-Order Cancellation"

  • Include your order number and email used for purchase

  • We'll confirm your cancellation within 24 hours

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

After Production Begins:
  • Once we begin manufacturing your order, standard refund policies apply (see below)

  • We will notify all pre-order customers before production begins

  • You'll have 7 days from notification to cancel for a full refund

Standard Product Refunds
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
  • Return unused Village Mafia games within 30 days of delivery

  • Product must be in original, unopened condition

  • Full refund minus shipping costs

  • Customer pays return shipping

Defective or Damaged Products:
  • 100% refund or free replacement for defective or damaged items

  • Report issues within 14 days of delivery

  • We cover return shipping for defective products

  • Send photos of damage to paul@psb-design.com

What Qualifies as Defective:
  • Missing cards or components

  • Printing errors that affect gameplay

  • Damaged packaging that affected product quality

  • Manufacturing defects

Non-Refundable Items
  • Digital downloads (once accessed)

  • Opened game boxes (unless defective)

  • Products damaged by customer misuse

  • Sale or clearance items marked "final sale"

Refund Process
How to Request a Refund:
  1. Email Paul@PSB-Design.com within the applicable timeframe

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if defective/damaged)

  3. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions

  4. Ship the product back using provided instructions

  5. Refund issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Refund Methods:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:

  1. Return your original purchase for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the desired product

Lost or Stolen Packages
  • We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier

  • Contact your local post office or shipping carrier first

  • We'll assist with carrier claims when possible

  • Consider adding shipping insurance for valuable orders

International Returns
  • Same refund policy applies to international orders

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs (unless defective)

  • Customs fees are non-refundable

  • Allow additional processing time for international returns

Partial Refunds

We may offer partial refunds for:

  • Products returned after 30 days (at our discretion)

  • Minor defects that don't affect gameplay

  • Missing non-essential components

Processing Time
  • Refund approval: 24-48 hours after we receive your return

  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days

  • Bank processing: May take an additional 5-10 business days
