Welcome to VillageMafia.com. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and purchasing Village Mafia products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Pre-Orders
Pre-Order Process:

  • Pre-orders reserve your copy of Village Mafia at a discounted price

  • Payment will be charged when you place your pre-order

  • We will begin production once we reach our minimum order quantity

  • Estimated delivery dates are approximate and subject to change

Minimum Order Quantity:

  • If we do not reach our minimum order quantity within 4 months, we will issue full refunds to all pre-order customers if they want a refund. 

  • You will be notified by email if this occurs

Pre-Order Changes:

  • You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund before production begins (see Refund Policy)

  • Once production begins, standard refund policies apply

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

  • Product specifications may change to improve quality

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe

  • We accept [credit cards, PayPal, etc.]

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees (your responsibility)

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

6. Intellectual Property

All content on VillageMafia.com, including the Village Mafia game, character designs, artwork, rules, and website content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell Village Mafia content without permission

  • Create derivative works based on our game

  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any illegal purpose

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt our website

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Harass or abuse our staff or other customers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We warrant that:

We do not warrant that:

  • The website will be error-free or uninterrupted

  • Defects will be corrected immediately

  • The game will be suitable for all play styles

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Village Mafia harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or products.
